 The inspector you select is to be licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission or otherwise permitted by law to make such inspections.  The seller will allow access to the property, prior to closing, to have it inspected.

 

Paragraph 7 of the contract  explains the Seller’s Property Condition Disclosures, with buyer’s options if the disclosure is not provided in a timely manner.

 

Paragraph 7 of the contract  further explains lender Required Repairs, completion of repairs, environmental matters and residential service contracts.

 

Remember, there are strict time limits and contract dates to which the parties must adhere.
